Crispy pork carnitas served with a side of cilantro lime white rice and Nana Juanita's famous frijoles*
Ingredients: pork, pinto beans, white basmati rice, onions, tomatillos, garlic, jalepeno, cilantro, lime, pork broth, pork fat, gochugaru, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper
*All our beans are prepared following Dr. G's Plant Paradox protocols. We pre soak our beans 24-48hrs and pre-cook them in a pressure cooker.
